This meditation is designed to help you ground and anchor your energy into the present moment. Using mindful breathwork, visualization, and a hand position (mudra), you will come out of this meditation feeling balanced, peaceful, and with a renewed sense of self.

This recording is a total of 6 minutes, and includes an optional additional minute of relaxing music designed to bring your brainwaves into the theta state.
