Gemini Season: The Beauty of Breath, Curiosity + Duality

We’ve stepped into a new season — not just on the calendar, but in how we think, move, and relate to the world.
As the sun shifts into Gemini, we move from the slow, grounded energy of Taurus into something lighter — a breeze, a question, a spark of curiosity. Gemini invites us to explore, to reach out, to reconnect — with ideas, with each other, and with our ever-changing selves.
In nature, this season is alive with movement. Flowers bloom. Vines climb. Bees buzz. The world is communicating again. And so are we.
What does Gemini teach us?
Gemini is mutable air — an energy that flows, changes, and never stops learning. It lives in questions, not answers. It finds delight in dialogue and is always open to a new perspective. It doesn’t need to pick a side. It lives in the and, not the or.
This season, you might feel pulled in different directions. That’s okay. Gemini shows us we can hold multiple truths at once. We can be playful and profound. We can change our minds. We can evolve.
How to work with this energy?
Breathe deeply
Gemini rules the lungs and nervous system. Take up a breathwork practice, or simply try a few mindful sighs. Go for long walks and feel the wind on your skin.
Get curious
Let small things fascinate you. Ask questions. Don’t rush to conclusions. Let your thoughts stretch out and explore.
Use your hands
Write. Paint. Gesture. Create. Move. Your shoulders, arms, and hands are extensions of your voice — give them ways to express.
Journal Prompts:
“Where in my life am I being invited to hold two truths at once?”
“What am I curious about right now?”
This is a season of becoming — not perfectly, but playfully.
