Hello Lover, Happy Monday!

We're in the final stretch of Mercury's fun little wonkiness during the summer. I've certainly been feeling a HUGE shift in energy and in life—honestly, it feels like a completely different energy than when we started our meditation journey together nearly 6 weeks ago!

You may be thinking "ok, Mercury Retrograde is done and now I can go back to my normal life!" but the truth of the matter is, we've changed. The experience we've had and the insight we've gained has certainly shaped us and will continue to be with us as we move forward. If there's one piece of advice I can share with you now is: maintain your stillness practice! Prayer and meditation is so helpful when we're going through some tough times, and continuing while things seem good is like taking a multivitamin while you're healthy—you take it to cultivate health.

So today's meditation is simple and tomorrow we work with a mudra and breath practice that will help us with processing the stuff of Mercury Retrograde. Keep going!
