For many cultures, the Winter Solstice is a sacred time of ritual and celebration. Known as “the longest night of the year,” this is the moment when the North Pole is tilted furthest away from the Earth, creating a symbolic death and rebirth of the sun.
As we slowly approach the dawn of a new year, we are in the ultimate position to release past versions of ourselves and set powerful intentions that call forward the person we are meant to be.
Join me for Midwinter’s Light: A Winter Solstice Celebration. This virtual meditative experience incorporates ritual, movement, and community to acknowledge our shadow and shine our light on the best version of ourselves.
