Welcome to December!

It's the final month of 2022 (already?!). Today I offer you today's ARISE practice to enjoy.

ARISE is a daily mindset and movement practice designed to help you set the tone for your day. Each session has three components: mindset, movement, and contemplation. Set aside 30 minutes to enjoy today's practice and let me know what you think in the comments below. I know you'll feel great after this session and with regular practice you'll have more energy and feel more deeply connected to yourself. Over time your vitality will increase and you'll feel good in your body, have peace of mind, and experience more joy in your life.
