Hello my loves! Happy Thanksgiving to all our American friends... hope this day is filled with love and lots of self-care for all.

In our Sunrise Social, aka ARISE, we did a mini New Moon ritual and listened to a chant called Aham Prema. It translates to I am divine love and is a reminder to ourselves of who we really are. We're not our titles or the roles we play in other's lives... we are LOVE. 

On that note, enjoy your love-yourself time today and we'll catch you tomorrow. Oh! and shout out to Nikki for being such a superstar water drinker! I bet your skin looks amazing!
