Happy New Year, Lovers! 

It's a new year and there's a new vibe and sensation in ARISE. With Mercury now retrograde, it's time to disrupt the patterns and we did just that with today's practice. It's a sweaty one for sure, and perfect to connect us to our hearts.

Note: The sound is so off that it looks like I can't keep a beat... I promise you, I can! haha. Enjoy today's practice for nothing else but the music.
